The Service is operated by PartyHard (“we”, “us”, “our”), an indie game studio.
All games, art, music, text, trademarks, and other content on the Service belong to PartyHard or its licensors, unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, redistribute, or sell our content without permission, except where we explicitly allow it (for example, press kit assets under stated guidelines).
Optional community content or patches may be distributed outside Steam and are not part of the official Steam build. Use of third-party mods is at your own risk.
Purchases and platform accounts (such as Steam) are also governed by that platform’s terms. Platform refunds, accounts, and storefront rules are handled by those providers.
The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, PartyHard is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your personal data with others for their marketing, though we may collect limited information to improve the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
